In order to make safety valve or relief valve work freely for long time, it is important to install and maintain the safety valve or relief valve correctly.
1. The mounting position, height, suction direction and discharge direction must meet the design requirements. Especially pay attentions to flow direction must keep the same with the arrow direction on the safety valve or relief valve body. And the connection with the pipe must be tight.
2. There should not be resistance on the safety valve or relief valve discharge, preventing of compressive phenomenon
3. All the safety valves or relief valves should be mounted vertically.
4. Before mounting, should test the safety valve or relief valve specially, and check its sealing.
5. Should take termly checking on the safety valve or relief valve in the working.
